Every case is built ready for court
Specialization

I represent employees. I run every case myself, from the first letter to the decision.

I represent employees. People who were dismissed without a proper process, whose pay never came on time or never came at all, who were hurt by an employer who assumed no one would check. Israeli employment law gives an employee real tools: the duty to hold a hearing, protection of wages, severance pay, special protections during pregnancy and after reserve duty. My job is to turn those tools into an organized case, and run it from the first letter to the employer through to the decision.

Litigation is my second profession, and it isn't separate from the first. A good employment case is built from day one as if it were headed to a hearing: evidence, documentation, precise pleadings, and cross-examination prepared in advance. I appear before the Labor Court and the civil courts, both bringing claims and defending against them, and I believe careful preparation is what, in the end, produces a good settlement or a judgment.
